DRE (“Decentralized Real Estate”) turns bank-style property-credit returns into an on-chain savings product. Depositors mint dreUSD with USDC and stake into dreUSDs, an ERC-4626 token whose value accrues from a portfolio that is ~75% senior Australian property mortgages and ~25% cash equivalents. The native dreUSDs yield is currently ~6–8% APY, paid in stablecoins and uncorrelated to crypto markets because it derives from borrower mortgage interest and T-bill / cash returns. The Founding dreUSD LP Program is a soft-launch campaign for the first $10M of TVL. It pairs that base yield with a DRE-funded top-up to a guaranteed total APY over a fixed soft-lock term (3, 6 or 9 months), plus a 2× DRE Points multiplier toward a future airdrop pool. Liquidity Land is bringing this to its institutional LP base. Deposits are whitelist-gated during soft launch, with a guaranteed 12% / 17% / 20% APY for the 3 / 6 / 9-month terms at a $50,000 minimum.
