Description

GAIB is an AI infrastructure investment platform focused on bringing institutional-grade AI economy exposure onchain. Its core product, the sAID Vault, is an ERC-4626 vault on Ethereum that accepts stablecoin deposits and deploys capital into direct loans to AI infrastructure operators such as GPU data centres, NeoCloud operators, and robotics companies across APAC, Europe, and North America. The operating entity is Good AI Pte. Ltd. (Singapore, incorporated August 2024; UEN 202434468E). Liquidity Land is working with Spiceflow Corp (Panama), the designated campaign vehicle. Capital structure: deposits are initially invested in US Treasury bills before being progressively allocated to GPU financing facilities. As of 1 May 2026, US$16.4M is deployed across two active GPU financing facilities. Underlying transactions are originated and underwritten by Good AI Pte. Ltd. and Good AI Global Holdings Limited, and contractually assigned within Spiceflow's reporting boundary.
