Main Street Finance brings the options box spread yield strategy on-chain via a tokenized stablecoin vault, democratizing access to returns previously available only to hedge funds and prime brokerage desks. The protocol operates a dual-token system: • msUSD: A synthetic dollar redeemable 1:1 for USDC (soft peg). Can be held for stability or staked as msY to accrue yield. • msY: A strategy token (not a stablecoin) that auto-accrues returns from the box spread strategy via exchange rate appreciation. msY maintains a soft dollar peg for convenience its redemption value is tied to the vault’s coverage ratio and insurance fund.
